From M27, exit at Jct 8. At roundabout head towards Southampton, Hamble, Bursledon. At next roundabout take the 1st exit heading towards Bursledon, Park Gate. At the traffic lights, turn left into Swanwick Lane. Take the second left onto Coal Park Lane. Continue over the motorway bridge and take the first left into Eastlands Boatyard.
